In this short, introductory course we'll begin with a few tips and tricks for the total beginner, followed by some breathing exercises and visualization techniques, and finish up with a 20-minute, guided relaxation meditation that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.

Affirmations are short sentences that you can speak to yourself on a daily basis, which begin to change your mindset and therefore integrate the law of attraction into your life. If you want to feel better, you have to start thinking better thoughts. It all has to start somewhere, so why not begin with the only thing you actually have control over in this life; your mind.
Your Instructor
Emma Side grew up in a tiny town in Northern Ontario, Canada. After completing her Print Journalism Diploma, and her Degree in English Literature and Creative Writing, she decided it was time to start exploring. Since then she’s braved the icy waters of Lake Superior as a sea kayaking guide, and paddled with harbour seals off the coast of British Columbia, always chronicling her stories on her blog: www.emmaroundtheoutside.com
It wasn't until she began traveling solo in Central America that Emma truly found her calling. After touring around various countries for a few months, Emma found her way to a tiny town on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, where she fell into a 200 hour yoga teacher training program. She now makes a living leading people through yoga classes, meditations, as well as her signature yoga/reiki & creative writing workshops.
